When searching for a contract packager, there are a few things to keep in mind:
Tooling is usually an extra cost.
The larger, more efficient machines require more tooling, at higher tooling costs.
Pricing is usually for "Bulk Packed", this is a large container with your product packed in rows. Special arrangements must be made to pack your product into shipping containers.
There is usually a set up cost to package, so it is better to make one large run then several small runs where you would incur several set up charges.
